There’s no better place you can find that’s more friendly, more approachable and more affordable than this place right here definitely going To recommend to all friends and family anything you need done definitely come here. Took my Land Rover in to troubleshoot an overheating problem. They identified the problem much more quickly than I expected and gave me the results. As it turns out they could perform the repair themselves, but gave me the info I required. What as really nice is that did not charge me anything for troubleshooting since they couldn’t do the repair themselves, very courteous.

These people are awesome. I had a flat on my Yukon and we were just passing through and Mike sent someone out within 15 minutes. He was very polite and respectful. Did a great job in the hot sun. He changed my tire in no time. Highly recommend 😃😃😃

They did a front end alignment in dec 2023 tand I still have the same problem so I took it to 2 other places and they said my front end is messed up and it didn't happen since then. Said it was very dangerous to drive and needed to be parked. I dare them putting me and my family in danger. They said it was so messed up that there's no way to do an alignment. Please don't take ur car there

I would give more stars if I could. After a couple places told me they weren’t able to work on my car because it’s a newer Mercedes, I contacted them and they were Able to squeeze me in the next day to replace my brake pads. The customer service was exceptional, and as a younger woman I really appreciate the fact that they didn’t TRY to take advantage of me. Even though I know better, there are always places that still try to upsell me or sell me something I don’t really need. Thanks for being professional and doing a great job with extremely reasonable pricing. I will definitely be returning.

I use this place all the time as it's mostly for my work vehicle and I've never had a bad experience. The guy that runs it and the guy that works at the front desk are super friendly, kind and professional. They always make sure my vehicle is good and set. I've even went to other places local for services and had to come right on over back to this place because they are just so much better. Better everything. Better service, atmosphere and just everything.

Great experience took good care of me. I couldnt afford a new tire and they didnt sale used tires so they helped me with a throw away till i could find a used one to fit my car. Then they told me of a few places i might could get a used tire for a desent price. I called around and no one has my size tires and drive to the next closest place. Found one i could afford but they wont have them till tomorrow. Still the tire i got from Cook Tire will hold me up till morning. Ty guys for ur help and much respect and when i can afford new tires Cook Tire is where i will go.

The staff here is fantastic and very kind. Our tire was shredded on the side of the road the day before Thanksgiving, and they gave us a fantastic deal when others wouldn't even answer the phone. They drove us to us and took us to pick a tire, and then took us back to our vehicle to change the tire. Everything was really fast and we were back rolling in no time. If I am ever in the area again I will be using their services.

Always take my truck here, tires , oil change , brake work always treat you fairly and don't do any unnecessary work and will honestly tell you whether things need replaced. Excellent place for women to go.

Perfect place to take your car. We heard grinding in our brakes while on a road trip and was concerned about it. They lifted the car up and found nothing wrong. They sent us on our way in no time. No BS or trying to sell us something we don’t need. The guy there was nice and talked to us the whole time we waited. Pleasurable experience.

Do not go here unless you have hours to wait. 2 hours on a balance and rotate. That is after it was on the lift. Watched their employees take smoke break after smoke break. Discount from now own.

Great Great people and prices and for the sake of all that is holy, on my AWD Explorer after three alignments this was the only place that spoke to me as another mechanic as I am, listened to what I said and perfected my alignment the first time and has been correct ever since. I will be going back with my F350 next, go here and don't waste time with the others! As a update with my F350 I did indeed get it over to cooks and 0 issues got there took it right in got it done and drives like a dream now. Again don't waste your time else where just go here.
