My husband and I have went here for the last few years for all of our needs. These are the nicest men I have ever had working on my vehicle. I also recently came to them for a newer vehicle we bought that we thought was a tire issues. They diagnosed it as a transmission issue which helped to us figure out how to fix it. Came to them again week later on a different vehicle for a simple balance and they fixed that and let me know that I would need to change tires soon. They are always professional, always reasonably priced. Always willing and able to help. Would recommend them to anyone.

My tire was going flat and I drove into there about 10 minutes before they closed. They pulled my truck in and fixed the flat. They checked my other tires and put air in 2 . They were very friendly and respectful. When I need new tires I will definitely go there.

I was in town for the holiday and got a nail in my tire on Thanksgiving day. We called Cooks first thing Friday morning and they said bring it down. The guys got my tire patched in no time. Everyone was so nice. Thank yall

Came in to get a tire fixed on our way to ark.What a very nice and friendly business replaced our lugs checked all tires and fixed the one .Aird up our donut...And would not take a dime!!! That doesn't happen anymore.what a nice way to do business .Reminds me of way back when!

Was driving the Jeep from Texas to Arkansas and hit a piece of debris in the road that punctured my tire. Was in a bind and took it to Cook not knowing anything about this shop . They had me on the road patched up , pumped up, and ready to go . Enjoyed the rest of my trip in the Ozarks without a hitch and it wouldn’t have been possible without the guys at cook . Not from the area but you’ve earned yourself a customer .

I had a flat driving from Austin, Tx to Mississippi. I pulled in and explained my issue, the place was packed but they got my car in the bay and fixed me up. I highly recommend this place, very nice people.

Had a tire issue and took it to them - they had me on my way quickly and professionally and MUCH cheaper than I could have ever dreamed. Can't say enough good things about the guys at this shop. I needed air in my tires due to temp changes and such. No leaks. They topped them off with no problems. I just wanted to borrow their air hose. The wouldn't have it. Lol. Fixed me up and sent on my way PDQ. Cooks is a great asset to have in Nacogdoches. Thank you guys.

If you need someone who's going to take care of you and do it quickly and carefully, go to Cooks. My daughter is a student at SFA and got in her car to find one of her tires very low. She went to Cooks, and they had her fixed and on her way in a heartbeat. I trust them to take good care of her without taking advantage of her as a young girl who knows nothing about cars. This Place KNOWS customer service. My vehicle picked up a lag screw on my trip from Houston to Texarkana. I was on a family trip and they got us in, out, and back on the road within half an hour. Amazing service, attention to detail, and even explained how to reset the TMPS if I ever needed to do it on my own. Thanks again!!!
